Questions.

How accurate is a price from one photo?

Close enough to know if we fit your budget. We send a range, not a single number. The written price after the measure can move if we find rot behind the tile, an out-of-level floor or a valve that needs replacing, and we show you what we found before you decide.

Is it really 5 minutes at 2am?

Yes. The price is worked out from your photo and answers and emailed automatically, any hour. A person reads every request the next morning and follows up only if you reply.

Do I need a permit to retile a shower?

Usually not for tile alone. If we move plumbing or change the shower's size, the City of Los Angeles may require one, and we pull it. We'll tell you which applies at the measure.

Can I buy my own tile?

Yes. We give you the exact square footage plus overage and check the boxes when they arrive, so a cracked case doesn't stop the job halfway.

How long is my shower out of use?

A full shower takes seven to ten working days on site, including curing time. Floors and backsplashes are usually back in use within a day of grouting.

What happens to my photo?

We use it to price your job and nothing else. It isn't shared or used in ads.
